 LET YOU HEART OUT

Poem-

A grit note on your body-
On your dangled lies
And on your damped eyes.

Well, what are you afraid of?
Those palms of hands?
Those grim eyes?
What does your stride tell you about-
Your inner face?
Your broken ribs?
The strange lines on your wrist?
What does stop you?
A tempered press against the wall,
A tight hold,
Or an incoming death.
You're a human too, quite a phenomenal one.
Then what grieves you?
A distorted colour of your lips,
A strait of blood draining out,
Or an incoming news headline.
What do you want?
More carcasses of life and death,
Rather than ending it.
There are hands pressed against your mouth,
A rope tied on your neck, simmering around.
Then hang yourselves...
Choke yourselves...
But let the flute of the heart be out.
Let your phenomenal truth out-
Let the sour truth be out-
Let your heart out, out of your heart.

Message by the poet-

From last year, almost 7%, rape cases have increased, according to some approximations. Well the best part as you know it, we live in a world where rape is quite common and is daily, and the best part is we live in India. One of those countries in the world where rape is just too much. Well, guess what no country is free from the rapes. But India is not only internal in this, the continuous contribution is made by international abusers too.
If you are a woman, girl or anyone else; if you are sexually abused or had received comments on your sexuality don't stop. Because it ain't the right time to stop. Speak for yourself, coz no one else will. At the end of the day it's you who knows yourselves the most deeply, isn't it? Some people just don't speak, if they have been molested, raped or got comments on their sexuality, because of quite a common emotion - fear of what others will think. Well, does that matter? Those people who you are thinking off never thought a shit about you, they weren't there to stop or cause it, then who are they to have a say in this. Don't hide the truth because of some pressure, news headline, etc. Live your truth and speak of the justice you are going to have. 
I will not blame the man totally. Rape or sexual abuse (online) nowadays is a game in India. Well, you have probably heard about boys locker? What was the end result. And also that sometimes I have heard of cases where a woman has falsely accused men of raping because of some obvious reasons. Well, this topic is common in teens, and comes down to one reason, "wrong friend circle and anger issues". It's sometimes that, "he loved her, but she rejected, that's why he killed her or raped her". And to be honest, this playing with love or pretending it is quite common nowadays. So firstly has a good friend circle or not to have any. In the end, whether the Hathras gang rape, Nirbhaya case, or the cases of countless other, justice will come but first speak for yourselves. 
"To any person, (men or women, upper or lower caste), if you see any other person with the wrong eyes, you are a rapist".
